Only a portion of the service was completed.
A replacement product or part was offered as an alternative but was declined by the customer.

5. MODE OF REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during the transaction. In the case of cash payments, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as agreed upon by both parties.

6. SERVICE GUARANTEE

In addition to refunds, AirconServices.my offers a service guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, we will make reasonable efforts to rectify the issue at no additional cost.
